All existing diets, depending on consumed products, it is possible to divide into three principal views: a monodiet, a low-calorie diet, a vitaminno-albuminous diet. The heaviest for an organism is the monodiet – after all at such food the organism receives less many useful vitamins and microcells which are necessary for it for healthy functioning. The most sparing is the low-calorie diet.
Basis of an albuminous diet is meat and fish consumption, and also every possible vegetables and fruit. Each of these three kinds is subdivided into set of subspecies – depending on products prevailing in a dietary food.
